About Scott Alexander
I am a largely self-taught artist producing art in a range of styles - working primarily in oils. Oils are my favourite to use as their versatility allows me to create works that follow the path of traditional artists, such as Caravaggio, or more modern artists, such as the Impressionists.

I am a huge fan of Caravaggio and especially of his painting 'The Supper at Emmaus' which is in the National Gallery in London. I have produced a copy of the painting in oil on canvas. At 48ins x 36ins (52ins by 40ins framed) mine is a little smaller than the original.
